Tournament Entry

To enter:

  1. Decide which division to enter and how many camping places you need
  2. Complete and print off the tournament entry form [DOCDOC | PDFPDF ] and the camping booking form [DOCDOC | PDFPDF ]
  3. Post the entry forms together with entry fee to the Tournament Secretary
  4. Confirmation of entry will be sent via email.

OR, if you prefer the old postal method:

  1. Register to receive an entry form in the post by sending a 1st class stamped addressed A5 envelope to the Tournament Secretary
  2. An entry form will be posted to you on 30th March.
  3. Decide which division to enter and how many camping places you need
  4. Post the entry forms together with entry fee to the Tournament Secretary
  5. Confirmation of entry will be sent via email.

Entries will only be accepted on receipt of entry fee.

The closing date for entries is 31st May.

Outdoor divisions will close as the required number of entries are received (on a first-come, first-served basis). This is usually within a week so, be sure to act quickly!

Applications for indoor divisions will be confirmed after the closing date. The organising committee reserves the right to select teams according to playing standard. Please indicate on the entry form if your team wishes to play outdoors should your indoor entry be unsuccessful.
