Parking
A parking fee is payable for those who wish to park their vehicle at the tournament. This is £5 per car / camper / minibus / etc. for the weekend and will only be payable on the day of arrival. A pass will be issued to allow subsequent access. Motorbikes are free.
Catering
Bath R.F.C. will again be providing all the catering this year. Full breakfasts, lunches, snacks and drinks will all be available from the usual place in the Club House. A wide range of shops, 'take aways', and restaurants can be found in the City centre.
Injuries
First Response is on site all weekend to deal with injuries.
Disco
The customary Tournament Disco will take place as usual in the Rugby Club House on Saturday night. The entry fee of £2 is payable either on the door or by purchasing a ticket from the tournament office. There is a maximum number of 200 on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Tournament T-Shirts
Tournament t-shirts will be on sale all weekend.
